What if I receive my ring and it is too big or too small?
Each customer is entitled to one free ring resizing within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days, the fee is $25 for gold rings and $50 for platinum rings. All shipping and handling fees to be paid by the customer.
If I send my payment today, how fast can Natalie Diamonds ship my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5-10 business days for production of the ring, and 1-3 business days for delivery. Tracking details will be provided by email upon shipment. Shipments can be tracked online here: www.fedex.com/tracking.
If I am not satisfied with my purchase – can I get my money back?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days for an exchange or a full refund. No questions asked!
Our goal is your complete satisfaction and we take pride in exceeding your expectations. We want to make sure that your purchase is just right, so in the unlikely event that you need to return it, just let us know and we will also provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label, to ensure that your return process is seamless and easy.
What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating, however, shipping and handling fees to be paid by customer.

USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Mexico, China, and many other countries.
What is the cost of shipping?
We provide free Fedex Priority shipping on all orders, including international destinations (Australia, New Zealand, UK and Canada).
Are your shipments secure?
Yes. Our items are fully insured during transit. In addition, we require that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address, and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes. Natalie Diamonds ensures that our customers’ purchases are secure. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. Are your diamonds Certified?
Every diamond sold by Natalie Diamonds has been analyzed and graded by the Universal Gemological Institute (UGI). UGI Laboratories is a highly respected diamond grading institute. Each certified diamond is tested and graded by several gemologists who use the combination between human experience and expertise, and the best gemological equipment to produce a most professional, comprehensive and accurate description of the diamond characteristics and its quality.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Conflict-free diamonds are gems that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation. How do I find my ring size?
The best way to find out your ring size it is to get the finger measured at a local jewelry store. However, if you have an old ring that fits, you can measure your ring online, using our ‘Find My Ring Size’ wizard Here.
Can you engrave my ring?
Yes, we’d be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription at no extra charge. When the product page, while placing your order, you will be able to enter your engraving message in the “Free Engraving” field.
Will the metal purity be inscribed inside my ring?
Yes. All our jewelry is stamped in accordance with U.S. Law, “14K” or “18K” for gold, and “PLAT” for platinum.
Do you have a diamond upgrade program?
Yes. If at any time you would like to upgrade the diamond in your ring, we will give you a credit worth 100% of your purchase price towards the purchase of a diamond that is at least 50% greater in price than the original purchase price. This way, you will pay only the difference between the amount paid and the price of the upgraded diamond. The credit is perpetually valid, with no expiration. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original diamond certificate.
What are the “Four C’s”?
The Four C’s – Carat (weight), Color, Clarity and Cut – are the industry grade standard from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Every diamond is specifically graded on these features.
What is Diamond Cut?
The cut of a diamond is considered by gemologists, diamond experts and jewelers to be the most significant characteristic of the 4 C’s. Despite a diamond having the highest grade color and clarity, it will look dull, lifeless and lacking in “life” or brilliance if the stone is poorly cut. Diamonds should sparkle, meaning that light should be reflected out of the face of the stone. For a beautiful, sparkly diamond, look for “Very Good” and “Ideal” cut grades. Fair and Poor cut grades are not stocked by Natalie Diamonds.
Do you sell “clarity enhanced” diamonds?
No, we only sell untreated diamonds. All of our diamonds are completely natural, mined from the earth, and not enhanced in any way.
Can I exchange the side diamonds with gems?
Absolutely. We can create rings with emeralds, sapphires, rubies and/or black diamonds. Please contact us for details.
How should I take care of my new jewelry?
Good Question. Exposure during ordinary wear to perspiration and household chemicals, like hand soap, chlorine and hairspray, can cause buildup that dulls the surface of any gemstone. We recommend periodic cleaning to keep your jewelry sparkling and refractive. Using a good quality dish cleaning liquid soap such as Palmolive and an old toothbrush will keep it always looking brand new.
Do you clean or provide care for jewelry sold on your website?
All jewelry purchased from Natalie Diamonds is eligible for a free cleaning every twelve months. You may also return your jewelry to our offices for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-724-7749 for more information.
Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes. Every finished engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry will be accompanied by a full insurance valuation.
Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
Absolutely not. We keep your information 100% private and confidential.
Does Natalie Diamonds offer a military discount?
Natalie Diamonds appreciates the sacrifices our military men and women make on a daily basis protecting and securing the freedom that many of us take for granted.
